Our 21 years of experience in product selling has taught us the value of support and the resulting customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in our customer support and have taken the utmost care to ensure timely response to all our valued customers.

We have a set of subject matter experts available to answer and clarify any question a student may have. Support should be available through any of the following channels -

    email
    Text Chat
    Audio Chat
    Video Chat*
(*bandwidth dependent at students end - quality may be sub-optimal)

Students can send their questions through email to: classsupport@Tuitionedge.com. Responses should be provided within 24 Hrs.

Students can use text messaging for getting their questions answered during support hours (please see below) or anytime from their peers.

Students can also use the audio & video channel to discuss their doubts during support hours (please see below).

Additionally, we also have a Q & A session between 1100 to 1300 hrs IST on holidays. We will aggregate and answer the frequently asked questions and doubts up until that session. It will also be podcast for possible retrieval at a more convenient time for the students.

Support Hours
0600 to 1000 hrs IST & 1800 to 2200hrs IST (+5:30 GMT) on working days.
1000 to 1600 hrs IST (+5:30 GMT) on holidays - per the calendar on our site.
